Brief about the Department Commerce: The Department of Commerce was established in the year 1997. The Higher Secondary Section which is affliated to MBOSE was established in the year 1997. The Department was upgraded to B.Com (PASS), under NEHU in the year 2000, it was further upgraded to Honours level in the year......

* In the year 1995, the pre university level of NEHU was transfered to MBOSE and hence forth Pre University was converted into Higher Secondary level under MBOSE

In the Year 2005, Kumar Chettri Secured 4th Position in HS XII Commerce Examination Conducted by MBOSE

In the Year 2008, Kumar Chettri secured 10th Position for B Com (HONS) Examination conducted by NEHU

In the Year 2011, Rumi Choudhury secured 3rd Position in HS XII Commerce Examination conducted by MBOSE

In the Year 2014, Rumi Choudhury secured 8th Position in B Com (HONS) examination conducted by NEHU
